Sherry & Sweet 余市，其實這也是酒廠限定的酒款。這系列的酒一共有五款，麥芽威士忌部份名為 Key Malt Series，共三款分別為 Peaty & Salty，Sherry & Sweety 及 Woody & Vanillic，餘下兩款分別為 Coffey Grain 的 Woody & Mellow 和蘋果白蘭地的 Fruity & Sweet。Nikka 這系列的目的，是要展示其威士忌原酒的不同代表風格，用以演化出千變萬化的不同酒款。

氣味: 葡萄乾，強化酒，吐司，乾木頭，肉桂
口味: 葡萄乾，巧克力，咖啡粉，塑膠，丁香
餘蘊: 中等長度，焦木，焦糖，藥粉
結論: 氣味頗濃，有點酒精感，香甜的葡萄乾，有強化酒的氣息，有點吐司的焦香

Nikka was the life’s work of Masataka Taketsuru, the “Father of Japanese Whisky.” Its products are rightly celebrated worldwide for their quality, and it is not an exaggeration to say that you can feel the ingenuity of Masataka in Nikka whisky. Of all Nikka whiskies, perhaps the most celebrated is their Yoichi – strictly selected from among the finest malts, distilled, and slowly matured in sherry casks at the Yoichi distillery – birthplace of Nikka whisky. This single malt whisky is a masterpiece!

Tasting Note~
Color : Full Amber
Nose:Sherry, juicy tobacco, hints of matchsticks, some slight oak and smoke.
Palate:Honey, a bit oak, slightly grassy and a bit oily.
Finish:Oak, sherry, grassy and earthy, juicy, tobacco, and spices.
