不太好找的一款，余市本來就產量小，庫存少，供不應求的狀況很嚴重。

色澤:稻草金色。
香氣: 無法忽視的新燒(直火烤)的橡木桶焦味。 混雜水果的香氣。 偏甜的煙熏調。 楓糖漿、焦糖蘋果派、松木、些微葡萄、煙草。
口感: 厚實！辛香部分與其說辣不如說清爽。 威士忌必然的泥煤味、烤麥片、焦糖、麥芽香氣，起始微苦，隨著酒精逐漸滲入侵染舌苔而充盈口腔、刺激味蕾，甚至感受到甘甜。 新桶的個性粗暴激烈，但並不影響威士忌本身的成熟感。
餘韻: 從泥煤逐漸轉向草炭，海藻強勢插入。 幹烈而氣勢兇猛，需要咬牙對抗。 即使是在余市中也是自我主張十分鮮明的一款。

Nikka was the life’s work of Masataka Taketsuru, the “Father of Japanese Whisky.” Its products are rightly celebrated worldwide for their quality, and it is not an exaggeration to say that you can feel the ingenuity of Masataka in Nikka whisky. Of all Nikka whiskies, perhaps the most celebrated is their Yoichi – strictly selected from among the finest malts, distilled, and slowly matured in sherry casks at the Yoichi distillery – birthplace of Nikka whisky. This single malt whisky is a masterpiece!

Tasting Note~
Color : Copper Gold.
Nose:Charcoal grill oaky, smoky , very fruity , sweety smoke peat , maple syrup , caramel apple pie , pine oak , raisin , tobacco.
Palate:Rich, spice, peaty, oat meal, caramel , malt , honey , dry bitter on the back , rough and mid plus body
Finish:Mid +, peaty , seaweed , costal.
